The (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) MBTI is a proven tool that is easy to understand and implement. It helps us understand ourselves and others, to not take things personally, and to interact with others effectively.

Managing 101

This course is tailored to your company’s corporate culture. It is a great course to provide overall management philosophy and is designed to communicate the company’s vision and goals.

Calling Cards

Calling cards is a team building course. Participants choose the three calling cards that describe the things they love to do in a job. In a group setting we share the individual choices. The outcome is a powerful insight into each team member’s job preferences and how to build on their strengths.

Preventing Harassment

The course teaches a basic understanding of federal and state law requirements. It clarifies the areas of the law that can be confusing and emphasizes personal and corporate responsibility under the laws. This training program is not done in the traditional classroom style. We instruct by having a jury and a person on trial!

Recruitment, Selection and Retention

This course teaches a behavioral model on how to interview candidates, what to ask and what not to ask, how to exchange information with candidates and how to retain employees once they are hired. Participants will get a chance to practice what they learn during the training.

We recommend this course be done in a round-table setting. Participants are asked tough questions that help them develop a gap analysis and create a plan to bridge the gap.
