Alan graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Management. His career spans computer programming, systems engineering, and computer security accreditation. He has broad experience producing every kind of document, from product descriptions and user manuals to processes and procedures to engineering specifications. PowerPoint does not intimidate him, nor do U.S. Government Printing Office documentation specifications.

Mary Budge has over 20 years of legal experience, including over 12 years of experience in providing leadership, advice and counsel to high-tech enterprise security companies. Ms. Budge is currently the owner of Budge Law Offices, LLC, specializing in providing general counsel consulting services and general corporate business advice to small and medium size companies, and consults with HR Service Team on a as-needed basis. Prior to forming Budge Law Offices, LLC, Ms. Budge served as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel at Secure Computing Corporation, a publicly traded, enterprise security software company. In this role, Ms. Budge provided legal counsel and guidance to the corporate officers and the board of directors. Prior to Secure Computing, Ms. Budge was an attorney for Schwegman, Lundberg, & Woessner, where she specialized in trademark and copyright law.
