Bob Swisher – COO Robert Swisher

Bob has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. He has over 30 years of experience in management. Bob’s investment banking background has made him well versed in Company SEC filings such as the K’s, Q’s, Forms and Proxy statements. He spent over 15 years at Deluxe Corporation in numerous positions ranging from IT Manager to Strategic Planner to Outsourcing Manager. He also worked for a joint venture gaining international business experience. Bob has an extensive HR background consulting in the sourcing, staffing and talent acquisition practices as well as on full-range HRIS implementation projects.
